Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RVS) advises, pursuant to the early warning requirements of securities laws, that it has disposed of 4,500,000 common shares in the capital of Roxgold Inc. Prior to the transaction, Riverstone had beneficial ownership of 16,000,000 common shares of Roxgold representing approximately 13.2% of Roxgold’s issued and outstanding common shares, calculated on a non-diluted basis assuming that no outstanding convertible securities of Roxgold were exercised.
After giving effect to the disposition of the shares, Riverstone has beneficial ownership of 11,500,000 common shares of Roxgold, representing approximately 9.5% of Roxgold’s issued and outstanding common shares, calculated on a non-diluted basis assuming that no outstanding convertible securities of Roxgold were exercised.
I’m wondering what your thoughts are on Volta Resources (VTR) who has 4 projects in Burkina Faso. Lots of drilling and a bankable feasibility study to come out in 2Q13. It would be interesting to see how they compare to Riverstone Resources.

I’m actually working on adding Riverstone’s peer comparables to our valuation model, including Volta Resources. Once completed I’ll report findings assuming there’s anything of interest.
