Business Summary »
Creso is exploring for gold on its flagship Minto project. Located in Ontario, the project contains a historical resource of 204,000t grading 6.8g/t, or about 45,000 ounces gold. The exploration program for 2010 is expected to consist of a geophysical survey followed by 5,000m of drilling on the Minto, Tyranite and Duggan properties.
The Metal Augmentor Take »
In 2009, before going public, Creso intercepted an impressive 65.7m of 18.2g/t, 27.6m of 4.6g/t, and 10m of 20.7g/t in hole M_09-02 at Minto. However, the size of the mineralized structure appears quite limited, so we should be careful to get too excited. With a fully diluted market capitalization of about $50 million, Creso appears overvalued.
